High School Information:

  • There is no school on Wednesday November 23rd through Friday November 25th. Have a safe and wonderful Thanksgiving!

  • Basketball season is here! We could use help with ticket taking, score clock, and announcing. Earn money for your child’s clubs/activities/athletic programs or help pay student fees for school. Contact Mr. Cooper at steve.cooper@lincoln.k12.or.us

Middle School Information:

  • There is no school on Wednesday November 23rd through Friday November 25th. Have a safe and wonderful Thanksgiving!

  • There has been an increase in unwanted and inappropriate touching between middle school students during lunch recess and passing time. MS students have been instructed on 11/16 and 11/18 that ANY inappropriate touching will result in loss of privileges or discipline. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Kicking
    • Poking
    • Slapping
    • Tagging
    • Pushing
    • Jumping on another person
    • Grabbing
    • Taking another person’s possession-phone, food, hat, ETC
    • Playing tag
    • Chasing
    • Throwing objects at another person
    • Wrestling

  • Students will say they are only joking or playing around with friends, but it is hurting feelings and increasing frustration that leads to retaliation. Students will be receiving frequent reminders of the expectations but will also be having consequences if the behavior does not change.
